He sold our house we were in and helped us purchase a new house. When he was helping us negotiate the sale of our previous home he really went above and beyond to help us understand all of the offers that were coming in. He spoke with each of the agents that had come to the open house and helped negotiate those offers and was vital with helping us get a full price offer. So, he did an awesome job.
He put our home on the market and shortly after we had a full price offer with no contingencies so we were very pleased. He worked hard, had some open houses, and talked to a lot of agents, so we were very happy with what he did. He was traveling long distances at any given time just to try and work for us and help us find the right house. We were appreciative of that.
Scott was on top of everything, answered emails right away, moved around scheduled things to get us into open houses or listings. The house we ended up in actually got listed Sunday morning, got in contact with him, got over there right away, and put an offer in that next day. I was actually blown away by how easy everything was. I’ve heard horror stories of things falling through in the past and didn’t experience any of that. So, everything was super smooth. The experience was phenomenal.
Very Satisfactory! He understood what we needed to accomplish and got the job done. He came up with his own ideas. He was very responsive to all of our ideas and the net result was that we were able to move a very unique property in a cookie cutter neighborhood.

My experiences as a first-time homebuyer were very rewarding, in no small part because of Scott Sachs. The guy has a great attitude, makes himself very available, and you'd be hard-pressed to find someone with as extensive of a background in the business. Scott works hard, and is the kind of agent you want to have.
I think it would be hard to find a real estate agent who is more competent and more dedicated than Scott. Scott is knowledgeable about everything about houses, not just buying and selling. Scott is a good advisor. His advice is backed up by good reasons. He is decisive, yet also open-minded and a good listener. Scott is a successful negotiator. He will not settle for anything less than the best possible price and terms. Scott is always there for his client. He always steps up to the plate, always puts in the extra effort, always has a positive attitude, and is always available to fully address his client’s concerns. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
